In 2021, the Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation (GNDC) celebrated its 40th year as a non-profit provider of affordable housing.  Over the years GNDC has provided safe, decent, and truly affordable housing to thousands of families and has strengthened a  Central East Austin community that was once in serious trouble. With your help, we look forward to a long future of success meeting the challenges with courage and compassion. Thank you to all of our past and present supporters.
